New York, 14 October 2024, at the Press Briefing, Ms. Izumi Nakamitsu, High Representative for Disarmament Affairs, congratulates the achievement and emphasized the urgent priorities as of the announcement by Mr. António Guterres – UN Secretary General at the 2024 Summit of the Future that it is necessary all parties to restore respect to the international law including international humanitarian law’.
